15 narrow arm press ups, 15 normal, 15 wide arm
30 burpees
30 full sit ups

29th August

Wokingham Karate club

Basic move and block
move and attack

Working with partner doing above
then above routine with added free move

sparring in close circle with hands only
above but with kick as 1 in 3 moves

kicking drills front, round side x2
other person attack x 2
keep going fast x 50 (at least)

katas and applications.

28th August

50 med ball press (throws)
10 weighted club wrist twist and push (each arm)
10 weighted club double handed thrust from horse stance (each arm)
15 abb wheel roll out
10 abb wheel roll out

15 clap press up
20 lunge jump

Sprint for 7 mins

10 clap press up
20 lunge jump
