Karate Training and conditioning:
Run to warm and stretch.
Conditioning circuit using plyometrics and core: lung jumps, clap press-ups, abb wheel rollout from standing. (x2 circuits, second one we did squat jumps and clap knuckle press-ups)
Katas with critical examination and correction.
kick combos on pads
punch combos on pads
knee's and elbows (no pads)
